The Dead Rabbit × The Parlor Menu

The Parlor Menu is something of a coveted artefact for The Dead Rabbit’s upstairs Parlor – a cocktail bar where experience is second to none. Traditionally refreshed every six months, this new menu is designed to last and be remembered. The menu itself is a weighty, hardback book finished with foil-blocking on a deep burgundy cover, wrapped in waxy stock for a tactile, high-design feel.

Ten categories structure the menu, each pairing a classic cocktail from The Dead Rabbit’s archives with a new “tomorrow” drink, born from experimentation and forward thinking. Each drink was illustrated using two contrasting styles: etched, sketchy strokes combined with bold marker tones to represent tradition meets tomorrow. Key ingredients orbit each drink visually, giving guests a literal taste of what’s to come.

What makes this menu truly stand out is its authenticity. Every detail, from type to illustration to materiality, champions modern Ireland without falling into cliché.
